My holistic approach to eating and nourishing the body recognizes the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. It goes beyond focusing solely on individual nutrients or calories and takes into account the unique needs, lifestyle, and environment of each individual.
In addition to being a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I have additional training in Mind Body Nutrition and Dynamic Eating Psychology. In my work I utilize a combination of practical coaching techniques, results-oriented psychology, clinical nutrition, body-centered practices, mind body science, and a positive and compassionate approach to challenges with food and health. Areas of focus include weight issues, body image challenges, hormone imbalance and pre/postnatal nutrition.

Health Coaching
Through 1:1 health coaching you’ll learn how to make sustainable changes to your food and lifestyle by setting clearly defined goals, taking small steps, implementing positive daily habits, and having personal accountability.
Workshops
I offer Wellness Workshops on a variety of topics . Workshops are interactive programs designed to educate and engage participants in their own personal wellness journey, while having a little fun!
Corporate Wellness
I develop wellness programs for companies interested in the health and well-being of their team. I have 18 years of experience creating wellness strategies that have helped organizations reduce their health care costs, boost employee morale and improve productivity. Offerings include wellness strategy consultations, presentations and workshops, individual coaching, targeted programs, yoga and more.
